Dr. Aaron is AMAZING. After a bad past experience causing me to avoid chiropractic care for 6 years, I was recommended here. I was super nervous to get back into it, especially for my hips, neck, and TMJ, but he made it so comfortable and easy. He really listens, explains everything, and makes you feel totally at ease. He’s super personable and clearly knows his stuff. Also have to shout out Jackie at the front desk! She’s the sweetest and makes the whole place feel welcoming the second you walk in. They also offer massage therapy (haven’t tried it yet, but it’s on my list)! If you’ve been on the fence or had an iffy experience before, this is your sign.

You can tell Dr. Aaron cares about each patient and their specific needs. He is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond when it comes to treating a patient. I have had back issues for many years and have seen multiple chiropractor’s in Grand Rapids and Dr. Aaron in the best. Amber, his massage therapist, also a huge contributor and I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I went to Aaron because my back and neck were in so much pain. After just one visit Aaron was able to relieve most of the pressure/pain that I had. I now go to bear chiropractic regularly and feel so much better. Could not recommend this place and Aaron enough

The best chiropractor in Grand Rapids. Dr Aaron takes the time to figure out what is going on, formulate a personalized plan and execute it. From the very first appointment we felt better. He listens and adjusts the treatments each visit based on what you need. We have achieved real results/changes and feel so much better. The staff is super friendly, and the massage therapist, Amber is wonderful. Highly recommend.

Update 5/9/2023: I continue to use the services at Bear, and as of my last review they have expanded their team. I have continued to enjoy the insoles I bought, and I have had some new issues rise up that Dr. Aaron helped with, by setting up a care plan and using additional techniques such as graston. The team continues to offer solutions to my needs. Thank you! Update 6/7/2022: I have since been to the office many a time - I’ve undergone a treatment plan with Dr. Aaron, gotten massages from Ashley, and have purchased insoles. Every appointment and transaction has been seamless and the interpersonal experience has been fantastic. Can’t recommend this place enough. Original Review: Thank you to the team at Bear chiro. I had an appointment with them the other day and felt listened to and taken care of. The process of care makes sense and the examination and adjustment thorough. I will be continuing care there from now on.

Really enjoy coming to Bear chiropractor clinic. They continue to help me through my many issues of pain throughout my back, neck, hips, and shoulders. Couldn't ask for better care! You will be treated like family! Front desk is accommodating, helpful and always thinking and REMEMBERING who you are/what you like. Dr. Aaron has magic hands to help you feel like normal again. My 7 yr old son was suffering from headaches and within a week they have disappeared. Highly recommended!

Walked in a month ago in the worst pain I have ever been in. Felt better starting after my first visit. Now I’m feeling back to normal! Dr. Aaron is very knowledgeable and kind. You will be in good hands as soon as you walk through the door. Taylor at the front desk is so good at what she does and is so personable. Highly recommend coming here! Patient-centric approach, not cookie-cutter. Very welcoming, listens to any issues you're having and addresses them accordingly, down to earth, friendly. Dr. Aaron is truly great. The office manager, Taylor, is extremely competent. She knows insurance like the back of her hand and ensures that you understand your benefits, how many visits left, costs, etc. I could not be more impressed with her work there. I've been to a few different chiropractors over the last 5 years, and this is the best place I've been without question!
