Dr. Aaron is the best!! I was struggling with significant neck pain that was affecting my daily life. After treatment, I experienced tremendous relief. Doc Aaron is very knowledgeable. Explains things well. Only place we could find that still does actual adjustments and corrective care. Bear chiropractic has kept me from having to have back surgery and got me back to work. The office is clean, everyone is very professional and flexible scheduling is absolutely great. When I came here I didn’t know what to expect. I had went kricked and was in a lot of pain. Dr Aron had responded to my questions and I was able to get in the same day. He evaluated me with adjustment. The next day we went over treatment plan and X-rays . Amazing customer service. Jackie was very pleasant as being the face you see upon entering. She is very sweet and patient and there to help in anyway she can. Overall extremely happy with my decision!

I have been going here for a few years. Not only are they kind and helpful, but the clinical care is expertly geared to my specific needs. Additionally, as a veteran, they work really hard with the VA to make sure all my authorizations are done to reduce lapse in care!
Update 3/22/26: I am still a loyal Bear customer, and since my 2023 review, I have gotten e-stim and graston done in the office as well as the usual traction and adjustments. I am able to be seen every time despite my schedule changing often, and I enjoy the staff and interactions with regular customers. They have also updated furniture and paint to make the office feel comfortable. It’s a good vibe and a good experience here at Bear every time.<br><br>Update 5/9/2023: I continue to use the services at Bear, and as of my last review they have expanded their team. I have continued to enjoy the insoles I bought, and I have had some new issues rise up that Dr. Aaron helped with, by setting up a care plan and using additional techniques such as graston. The team continues to offer solutions to my needs. Thank you!<br><br>Update 6/7/2022: I have since been to the office many a time - I’ve undergone a treatment plan with Dr. Aaron, gotten massages from Ashley, and have purchased insoles. Every appointment and transaction has been seamless and the interpersonal experience has been fantastic. Can’t recommend this place enough.<br><br>Original Review: Thank you to the team at Bear chiro. I had an appointment with them the other day and felt listened to and taken care of. The process of care makes sense and the examination and adjustment thorough. I will be continuing care there from now on.
I love coming into this office by far turned into my favorite day of the week. The dr. Is very knowledgeable takes time to explain everything being done and why. Since coming works been an ease esp doing flooring it can be long days or a sore body. I recommend coming in for everyone esp if ur in any type of skilled trades.
Dr. Aaron is AMAZING. After a bad past experience causing me to avoid chiropractic care for 6 years, I was recommended here. I was super nervous to get back into it, especially for my hips, neck, and TMJ, but he made it so comfortable and easy. He really listens, explains everything, and makes you feel totally at ease.<br>He’s super personable and clearly knows his stuff. Also have to shout out Jackie at the front desk! She’s the sweetest and makes the whole place feel welcoming the second you walk in.<br>They also offer massage therapy (haven’t tried it yet, but it’s on my list)! If you’ve been on the fence or had an iffy experience before, this is your sign.
Dr. Zimmerman is one of the best Chiropractors I have ever been with. He is engaging and truly listens to his patients. I highly recommend Bear Chiropractic.
You can tell Dr. Aaron cares about each patient and their specific needs. He is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond when it comes to treating a patient. I have had back issues for many years and have seen multiple chiropractor’s in Grand Rapids and Dr. Aaron in the best. Amber, his massage therapist, also a huge contributor and I couldn’t recommend them enough!
Dr. Aaron Zimmerman is an amazing doctor helped me with my scoliosis and I still go for treatments absolutely love his work and he’s just an all out friendly guy. I have gone to a few doctors for this now and he has done the best job.
