Hey everyone! Dr Aaron Zimmerman here, welcoming you back to GR Adjusted. Today, I want to share some simple exercises you can do at home to support your chiropractic care and keep your body feeling great.

One of my favorite exercises is the cat-cow stretch. It’s excellent for improving spinal flexibility and relieving tension in the back. Simply get on all fours, arch your back like a cat, then dip it down while lifting your head. Repeat this a few times to loosen up your spine.

Another great exercise is seated leg raises, which help strengthen your core and support your lower back. Sit on a chair, lift one leg at a time while keeping your back straight, and hold for a few seconds before lowering it back down.

These simple movements, combined with regular chiropractic care, can make a big difference in how your body feels and functions. If you need more personalized advice, visit us at Bear Chiropractic in Grand Rapids. We’re here to help!
