  1. Screen awareness: Hold your phone at eye level and set up your workstation properly.
  2. Core strength: Your posture is only as strong as your core muscles, so keep them engaged.
  3. Move often: Sitting all day leads to tight muscles and misalignment, so take breaks.
  4. Get adjusted: Chiropractic care helps correct posture problems before they cause long-term damage.
